Reciprocating Compressor Valve Service

The compressor valve refurbishment centre consists of all the required capabilities including machining, aqua blast cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, lapping, O2 cleaning, vacuum packing and most importantly dynamic testing of valves. IPS Australia is the only supplier in the region who has the facility to dynamically test every valve following refurbishment therefore guaranteeing trouble free operation following installation and greatly reducing the possibility of costly downtime due to valve issues. On completion of the valve overhaul each valve is tested and issued with a certificate indicating the leakage rate of the valve. In the case of valves for oxygen service each valve is cleaned and sealed and labelled ready for installation into the machine.
